This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone using GBNOX Radar, including people you invite into your workspaces.
1. Connect only accounts you are entitled to
- Connect an Amazon or Walmart seller account only if you own it or have written authorisation from the person who does.
- Do not use Radar to access, analyse or monitor a marketplace account you have no right to.
- If you are an agency, keep each client in its own workspace. Do not mix one client’s data into another’s.
2. Respect the marketplaces
- Follow Amazon’s and Walmart’s programme policies and API terms. Radar helps you work faster; it does not exempt you from their rules.
- Do not use Radar to publish content that is deceptive, that claims attributes a product does not have, or that breaches a marketplace’s listing rules.
- Do not use Radar as part of review manipulation, keyword stuffing outside a marketplace’s rules, competitor sabotage or any scheme to game a ranking.
3. Check AI output before you publish
Rewrites are drafts. Publishing an AI-generated description that misstates what a product is or does is your responsibility, not the model’s. Read it before it goes live.
4. Do not abuse the service
- No probing, scanning or testing the security of the Services except as the Security page permits.
- No circumventing rate limits, plan limits, authentication or any technical restriction.
- No scraping, crawling or automated access to the interface. Ask us if you need programmatic access.
- No reselling, sublicensing or providing the Services to a third party as your own product, unless we have agreed in writing.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive the scoring methodology from the output.
- No sharing one seat between people who would otherwise each need one, and no sharing credentials outside your organisation.
- Nothing that overloads or degrades the Services, or that interferes with anyone else’s use of them.
5. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content
- Nothing infringing someone’s copyright, trade mark or other rights.
- No malware, and nothing designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to any system.
- No personal data you have no lawful basis to process, and no special-category data (health, biometrics, and the rest) — Radar is not built for it.
- Nothing unlawful, or that promotes unlawful activity, in any jurisdiction that applies to you.
6. Sanctions and export control
You confirm you are not located in, and not acting for anyone in, a country or on a list subject to US sanctions or export restrictions, and that you will not make the Services available to such a person.
7. What happens if you break these rules
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- ask you to stop and give you a chance to put it right;
- disable a specific feature or a specific user;
- suspend the account;
- terminate the agreement under section 12 of the Terms;
- report the matter where the law requires it.
We choose the least disruptive step that actually solves the problem, and we tell you what happened and why — except where telling you would defeat the purpose or breach the law. A suspension for breach does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
8. Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is using GBNOX Radar in breach of this policy, tell us through the contact form with the details you can share.
