What does “AI-readiness” actually mean?
AI shopping assistants read a listing differently from a human shopper. They lean on structured attributes, specific claims and complete catalogue data rather than on visual layout. The AI-readiness score measures how well a listing gives an assistant what it needs to recommend the product with confidence, and shows exactly which parts fall short.
Does GBNOX Radar scrape Amazon or Walmart?
No. Everything comes from the official Selling Partner API, Amazon Brand Analytics and the Walmart Marketplace API, or from data you enter yourself. There is no scraping anywhere in the product, which keeps your seller account clear of marketplace policy problems.
Do I need to connect my seller account to start?
No. You can paste a listing by ASIN, UPC, EAN or GTIN and get a full score and rewrite suggestions without connecting anything. Connecting an account is what unlocks automatic sync, buy box tracking and the profit dashboard.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Amazon and Walmart. Starter covers one of the two; Growth and Agency cover both in a single dashboard.
Will the AI publish changes to my listings without asking?
Never. Every rewrite is a suggestion shown as a side-by-side diff. Nothing reaches a marketplace until you approve it, and the approval is recorded.
Is my listing and financial data used to train AI models?
No. Listing text is sent to Anthropic only to generate the rewrite or summary you asked for, and is not used for model training. Sub-processors are listed publicly on the GBNOX site.
How do I get access after paying?
As soon as Stripe confirms your payment, your workspace is created and your login details are emailed to the address you checked out with. If that email has not arrived within one business day, contact support and we will sort it out.
Can I use this for my agency clients?
Yes — that is what the Agency plan is for. Unlimited client workspaces with isolated data, role-based access for your team and your clients, and white-labeled PDF reports carrying your branding.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that the workspace is retained for 30 days so you can export or reactivate, and is then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Where is GBNOX Radar operated from?
GBNOX Radar is built and operated by GBNOX LLC, a software company registered in the State of Florida, United States, working API-first with customers worldwide.
