Effective September 2, 2026. This policy forms part of the GBNOX Radar Terms of Service and sets out the billing terms referred to in section 4 of those Terms.

How subscriptions are billed

Paid Services are sold on subscription. The plan, price, currency and billing period are those shown at checkout. All GBNOX Radar prices are in US dollars.

Renewal — subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the current period ends.
Payment — fees are charged in advance. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal.
Price changes — we may change prices at renewal with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before renewal.
Taxes — prices exclude VAT, GST, sales tax and similar. Where we are required to collect them, they are added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes we do not collect.
Failed payment — if a charge fails we may retry, and may suspend the account after notice. Suspension does not relieve you of accrued fees.
Overdue amounts — may accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum the law allows.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any time from your account settings, or by writing to us through the contact form from the email address on the account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where: (a) the law where you live gives you a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right — consumers in the EU and UK, for example, have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days; (b) we terminate your account without cause, in which case we refund the unused portion pro rata; or (c) we agree a refund in writing.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank typically posts the credit within 5–10 business days of us issuing it.

Free trials and beta features are provided as-is, may change or end at any time, and carry no refund entitlement.

Changing plan

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so you keep the higher plan for the period you have already paid for.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute can. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

Your data after cancellation

Your workspace is retained for 30 days after the paid period ends so you can export your data or reactivate, and is deleted after that. You can ask us to delete it sooner through the contact form.

Who you are contracting with

Your subscription is with GBNOX LLC, registered in the State of Florida, United States of America. Card payments are processed by Stripe; GBNOX Radar never sees or stores your card details.
