Before you subscribe
What happens right after I pay?
Stripe confirms the payment, your workspace is created, and two emails go to the address you checked out with: a receipt, then your dashboard link, username and password. If the second one has not arrived within one business day, contact support.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees are non-refundable except where the law where you live gives you a mandatory cancellation right, where we terminate your account without cause, or where we agree a refund in writing. Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. Full detail is in our refunds and cancellation policy.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Email us from the address on your account and we will move you.
Which currencies and taxes apply?
All prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT, GST, sales tax and similar. Where we are required to collect them, they are added at checkout.
Who processes my card?
Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout and never touch our servers — we store only the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe returns.
