Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across gbnoxradar.com and the GBNOX Radar dashboard. That is a target we work towards, not a certification we hold, and this page says where we actually are.
What is in place
- Contrast — text and interface colours are checked against the AA thresholds in both the light and dark themes, measured rather than eyeballed.
- Keyboard — every control can be reached and operated by keyboard, focus is always visible, menus and dialogs close with Escape, and a skip link jumps past the navigation.
- Structure — headings are in order, landmarks are used, form fields have real labels, and tables have proper header cells.
- Screen readers — controls carry accessible names, errors are announced, and information conveyed by colour — such as a low score — is always available as text too.
- Motion — animation respects
prefers-reduced-motion. Nothing flashes. - Zoom and reflow — pages work at 200% zoom and down to a 320px viewport without horizontal scrolling.
- Theme — the dashboard follows your system light or dark preference by default, and can be set explicitly.
What is not there yet
We would rather list these than let you discover them:
- Charts — score trends and buy box history are drawn graphically with a text summary, but there is no full data-table alternative for every chart yet.
- Generated PDF reports — client reports are not yet tagged for screen readers. The same figures are accessible in the dashboard.
- No formal audit — we have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit or published a VPAT. We test with keyboard navigation, automated checks and measured contrast.
- Third-party surfaces — the Stripe payment page and Google sign-in are not ours to fix; both providers publish their own accessibility statements.
Tell us what is broken
If something does not work for you, tell us through the contact form. Saying which page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you use helps us reproduce it quickly.
We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to tell you either when it will be fixed or how to get the same thing done another way in the meantime. If an accessibility barrier stops you using something you have paid for and we cannot resolve it, tell us and we will refund the affected period.
Reviewing this page
Last reviewed September 2, 2026. We revisit it whenever a significant part of the interface changes, and the redesign of the dashboard in this release is the most recent such review.
